Shipping:
We offer shipping across India .
We take utmost care in shipping of your products. But to make all procedure smooth and easy please allow us 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there could be a long processing time and shipping delays so please bear with us.
Our e-commerce courier partners are FedEx , Delhivery.com, Ecom Express Courier and many more. We deliver our products across India leveraging these partner network.

For order less than Rs. 500 we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs.50 for shipping and handling

We provide free shipping for all orders above Rs. 500 across India except North East and J&K

For Special Zone like North East and J&K we will charge shipping charges on actuals
All the products are safely packed and sealed with Tax Invoices placed inside the packing for your reference.
Tracking:
After any parcel is dispatched you will get an email containing the details related to your AWB to tracking the delivery. In case you have any question please email us at njlnaturals@gmail.com
Cancellation of Order:
In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and till that time the order has already been “processed” by us, the order cannot be cancelled. NJL Naturals reserves the right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not.
Return & Exchange Policy
We guarantee that we always sell 100% authentic and fresh products sealed packs to ensure the aroma, freshness and flavor of our products.
However, as a result of any error from our side, if you find that you have been delivered the wrong product or the packaging was not sealed properly, you can contact us for return and refund.
To avoid situations where the flavour / taste of any our products that you have ordered does not suit your taste, we advise that you try the sample pack first by emailing to us before ordering. We do not accept returns for items that are not personally liked by you.
